Real cowboys eat quiche

A new and fun recipe is as close as your local library! I found a fun cookbook called A Cowboy in the Kitchen the other day and I've been having so much fun exploring. Most of the recipes look delicious with the exception of Calf Fries with Cracked-Pepper Gravy. EWWWWW! I just cannot fathom why anyone would want to eat testicles! I'll take the gravy though.There is a recipe for Corn Pudding Pie
