Salsa verde

1 stor neve bladpersille
1 stor neve basilikum
3 fedd hvitløk
100 g kapers
100 g ansjos
2 ss rødvinseddik
5 ss ekstra virgin olivenolje
1 ss dijonsennep
salt og pepper


Bland alle ingrediensene i en foodprosesor og kjør det sammen til en grov blanding.


Denne smaksbomben av en kald saus er god til fisk eller lyst kjøtt. Også til potetsalat er den ypperlig. Denne salsan anbefaler jeg til grilling. Dette er bare knall godt.
