CONTEST PERIOD: Starting March 15, 2010 at 12:00:00 AM ET and ending November 30, 2010 at 11:59:59 PM ET (the “Contest Period”), at which time no further entries will be accepted.

HOW TO ENTER: To enter the SMARTIES Blue is Back Contest (the ?Contest?) you must first obtain a valid PIN Code from participating SMARTIES products (SMARTIES 50g and SMARTIES 75g) available through participating Canadian based retailers OR see NO PURCHASE NECESSARY in Rule 7 below. A valid PIN Code allows contestants to enter the online Daily Instant Win and Grand Prize components of this contest once. You may enter the Contest as many times as you wish however a new valid PIN Code is required for each online entry. While supplies last. Not all products and package sizes are available in all areas. Once you have a valid PIN Code visit www.smarties.ca (the ?Contest Website?) and click on the ?Enter Now? promotional link and fully complete the online registration form which includes; Full name (first and last name), complete mailing address, telephone number, email address, age and PIN Code. There are five (5) prizes associated with the online Grand Prize Winner Notifications and two hundred and sixty one (261) prizes associated with the online Daily Instant Prize Winner notifications. To be considered eligible for a chance to win prizes available in this Contest, all valid entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM ET November 30, 2010. See section 5, Contest Prize Winner Selection/Notification, for details on the Grand Prize and Daily Instant Win Prize notification process.
ELIGIBILITY: This Contest is only open to all legal residents of Canada (excluding residents of Québec under the age of 13),
PRIZES: There are two hundred and sixty six (266) prizes available to be won at the outset of the Contest ? five (5) for the online Grand Prize Winner Notifications and two hundred and sixty one (261) for the online Daily Instant Prize Winner Notifications.

GRAND PRIZES: There are five (5) Grand Prizes available to be won at the outset of the Contest. Each Grand Prize consists of a 15-inch 2.66 GHz Macbook Pro with Mac OS X Snow Leopard, iLife, iPhoto, iMovie, GarageBand, and iWeb. The approximate retail value of each Grand Prize is $2,500.00 CDN including applicable taxes. Prizes are not transferable and must be accepted as awarded, with no substitutions of any kind (other than as specifically outlined above), except by the Sponsor (as defined herein), who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in cash or otherwise. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. Any difference between the actual value of the prizes and approximated value of the prizes as stated in these Official Rules will not be awarded.

DAILY INSTANT WIN PRIZES: There are two hundred and sixty one (261) Daily Instant Win Prizes available to be won at the outset of the Contest. Each Daily Instant Win Prize consists of a case of SMARTIES (each case contains 192 ? 50 g packages of SMARTIES). The approximate retail value of each Daily Instant Win Prize is $212.00 CDN including applicable taxes. Prizes are not transferable and must be accepted as awarded, with no substitutions of any kind (other than as specifically outlined above), except by the Sponsor (as defined herein), who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in cash or otherwise. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. Any difference between the actual value of the prizes and approximated value of the prizes as stated in these Official Rules will not be awarded.
