You need
500 g minced meat 50 g raw papaya paste Salt to taste 100 g khoya , mashed 2 onions, crushed 6 flakes of garlic ,crushed 1 ? inch piece ginger, crushed 100 g gram gram flour , roasted 50 g purer ghee 2 green chillies , crushed 2 teaspoon poppy seeds Onion and tomato rings for garnishing Mint chutney for serving Spices : 1 teaspoon black cardamom seeds 1 teaspoon green cardamom seeds , 1 teaspoon coriander seeds 1 teaspoon cumin seeds 1 teaspoon white pepper 2 cloves Dry roast above spices on a low heat and make a powder in a mixer. Method 1, Mince the meat till very smooth. Add papaya paste, salt , all powdered spices , onions , khoya , poppy seeds , ginger, garlic, 1 tablespoon pure ghee , green chillies and gram flour. Blend well and keep aside for 15 ? 20 minutes. 2, Heat skewers slightly and grease with ghee. 3, Take a portion of mince mixture and spread on skewers with slightly wet hands. 4, Roast in an oven or grill on a medium heat till they turn golden brown in color. 5, Take out from the rod with the help of cloth and serve hot with onion ? tomato rings and mint chutney. related searches : Kakori
