Prosciutto, Persimmon and Parmesan Salad, Seared Scallops with Kiwi/Tomatillo Salsa, Thyme-Scented NY Strip Steak with Mushroom Risotto, and Chocolate "Fig Netwons" with Vanilla Ice Cream and Balsamic Drizzle.
