You can?t go wrong with a recipe from ED&BV –> Pureed Spicy Sweet Potato & Peanut Stew with Chickpeas 3. You can throw anything in a bowl and call it a salad Spinach Carrots Avocado Capers Mustard Sauce Chesapeake Tempeh Cakes 4. Capers actually serve more purpose than making salads pretty. They?re packing antioxidants & iron. Good to know 5. Jokerz bars are freakin? delicious 6. TLT Sandwiches (Tempeh, Lettuce, Tomato) are also hella good with watermelon? 7. The homemade Nutella isn?t going anywhere?so I can chill and last but not least? 8. Wear. Sunscreen.
