Sunday Lessons

By Coffee Run (Visit website)

Happy Sunday (and Easter for those who celebrate)! I?d like to share with you some things I learned today:

1. A (mostly) raw breakfast makes the best pre-run fuel

028

Buckwheat Crispies
Rice Cereal
Dried Cherries
Cashew Banana Mylk (Ani?s Raw Food Kitchen)

2. You can?t go wrong with a recipe from ED&BV –>

033

Pureed Spicy Sweet Potato & Peanut Stew with Chickpeas

3. You can throw anything in a bowl and call it a salad

029

Spinach
Carrots
Avocado
Capers
Mustard Sauce
Chesapeake Tempeh Cakes

4. Capers actually serve more purpose than making salads pretty. They?re packing antioxidants & iron. Good to know :D

5. Jokerz bars are freakin? delicious

025

6. TLT Sandwiches (Tempeh, Lettuce, Tomato) are also hella good

037

with watermelon?

035

7. The homemade Nutella isn?t going anywhere?so I can chill  ;)

and last but not least?

003

8. Wear. Sunscreen.
