Tangdi Kebab
Ingredients: Chicken thigh pieces- 5-6 pieces Gram flour - 2 tsp Lemon juice - 1 tsp Curd - 1 cup Red chilly powder - 1 tsp Green chillies - 2 nos (finely chopped) Garam masala powder - 1 tsp Ginger-Garlic paste - 1 tsp Salt to taste Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp Chaat masala - 1/2 tsp Method: 1) Fry the gram flour in a pan till the color changes a bit. Keep aside. 2) Now mix green chillies, red chilly powder, garam masala powder, salt, curd, lime juice, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder and fried gram flour with the chicken and marinate for 2-3 hours in refrigerator. 3) Preheat the oven at 250 degree. Put the marinated pieces in a crusty plate and roast it for 6 minutes. Now reduce the temperature to 220 degree and roast it for 15-20 minutes or till fully cooked. 4) After roasting, sprinkle some chaat masala and serve hot.
