Chicken Broccoli Bake
I must first apologize for my delay in posting, the holidays we very hectic and we were out of town with no internet. So please forgive my tardiness. I hope you all enjoyed your holiday with your families. We spent our holiday in FL, and got to enjoy some time on the beach!! No better ways to spend your winter. I made this dish when we got home from vacation due to the fact that I did not have anything in my fridge ;) This dish is not for the faint heart, or those with a bad heart. It is not a lite dish, but I promise you it is so yummy. This dish is great because I usually have all the ingredients and if I don't, then it means I need to go grocery shopping. My dislikes all the ingredients in this dish except the chicken, broccoli, and cheddar cheese. However, he LOVES this dish! I have just learned not to tell him what ingredients are in my dishes anymore ;) You can also easily double this recipe for a big crowd, and best of all kids will love this dish as well, and even eat their broccoli!
1 ½ lbs. cooked chicken, cubed 3 cups frozen broccoli, no need to thaw 8 oz cream cheese ½ cup mayonnaise ½ cup sour cream ½ cup heavy cream, or whole milk 2 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese ½ tsp garlic powder ¼ tsp nutmeg 2 chicken bouillon cubes ¼ tsp pepper 1 tsp salt Line a 9x13 baking dish with non stick cooking spray and [reheat the oven to 350°.
