Step 1: Grind coconut in blender and strain thick coconut milk and thin coconut milk.
Step 2: Mix thin coconut milk, milk, condensed milk and heat. Mix well.
Step 3: Add sugar.
Step 4: Add thick coconut milk and boil.
Step 5: Add equal amount of water to gelatin and bloom.
Step 6: Double boil gelatin till liquified and add to milk mixture.
Heat it for some time. Add vanilla essence.
Step 7: Allow to cool. Refrigerate for 5 hours atleast. Serve with praline.
