Lemon Gin Cocktail

The weather recently has been beautiful, too good to be true for May in Hamburg. It has been so warm that we have been drinking lots of summery cocktails. One of our favourites is a Lemon Gin Cocktail. It is perfect for summer afternoon or you could dress it up for a party. This is definitely something to be shared.



Lemon Gin Cocktail


Makes 2 Cocktails


1 lemon


1/2 lime


2 teaspoons sugar


2 shots Gin


1 shot Triple Sec


Mix the ingredients together with sugar, then strain and pour into glasses. We used champagne glasses, although martini or short glasses would also be great. Coat the rim of the glass with sugar if it is too sour. Serve with lots of ice.
