This is the best lemon cake you'll ever make!

This recipe is the best when you have to make a cake at the last moment! Easy and quick, you'll make it in no time. With our hack, you won't have to do the dishes neither, you'll only need a blender to prepare it!
The ingredients for a super moist cake
1 whole lemon
2 cups flour
3 eggs
2/3 cup white sugar
3 tsp baking powder
1/3 cup oil
1/3 cup milk
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
Step 1: prepare the lemon

Start by cleaning your lemon well, then grab a knife. If you can get an organic lemon, even better! Cut it into pieces and remove all the seeds. Place the pieces (whole with skin) in your blender.
Step 2: grab your ingredients and let's prepare the cake!

Then, add the lemon slices and all the other ingredients in the blender.

Blend it all at full speed, until you have a homogeneous batter.

Grab your cake pan and grease it well. Pour the batter into it.
