  • Lemon and oats brownies - Preparation step 1Blend the rolled oats and mix the oat flour with sugar, salt and softened butter.
  • Lemon and oats brownies - Preparation step 2Add eggs + lemon peel + lemon juice. Mix during 2 minutes.
  • Lemon and oats brownies - Preparation step 3Pour the batter in a greased mold. Bake during 23-25 min at 180°C (350°F). Let it cool down.
  • Lemon and oats brownies - Preparation step 4To make the frosting, add the sugar gradually in the lemon juice.
  • Lemon and oats brownies - Preparation step 5Add the lemon peel.
  • Lemon and oats brownies - Preparation step 6Pour the frosting on top of the cake and spread it carefully all over the cake.
