A good cake to share with friends or family :) You don't need flour to make a good cake !

- 14 x 22 cm mold

- Blend the rolled oats and mix the oat flour with sugar, salt and softened butter.
- Add eggs + lemon peel + lemon juice. Mix during 2 minutes.
- Pour the batter in a greased mold. Bake during 23-25 min at 180°C (350°F). Let it cool down.
- To make the frosting, add the sugar gradually in the lemon juice.
- Add the lemon peel.
- Pour the frosting on top of the cake and spread it carefully all over the cake.
- Let the frosting dry and there you are !
Observations
- You can try this recipe using other flours.
- You can try this recipe using orange juice, or other citrus fruit.
