Melt the chocolate and mix it well with the silken tofu.
Then, add the sugar, vanilla, and almond milk. Mix well. Finally, add the flour and baking powder, and stir until you achieve a smooth mixture.
Line the baking pan with parchment paper (do not butter it, as we are not using dairy products). Pour the batter into the pan and smooth the top.
Bake for 25 minutes at 350°F.
And there you have it, your vegan brownies are ready!

What is a vegan? It is simply a person who excludes all animal products from their diet. So, no animal flesh, eggs, or dairy products.
Gluten-free version: Replace the flour with cornstarch!
