Dear vegan friends, you shouldn't have to deprive yourself of the sweet treat that are brownies! Here is a solution from Petit Chef!

- Melt the chocolate and combine well with the silken tofu.
- Then, add sugar, vanilla, and almond milk. Mix well. Finally add the flour and the baking powder, and stir until it gets smooth.
- Put some wax paper in a brownies mould (don't use butter, since it is not vegan). Pour the batter and smooth the top.
- Bake 25 minutes at 350°F.
- There you are, your vegan brownies are ready!
