  • Mix all of these ingredients. The order doesn't matter, just toss it all in a mixer bowl and turn on the beaters.
  • Bake about 25 minutes .
  • Let them cool a little bit before cutting.

These are fantastic! As easy to make as they are delicious. I've made them several times. They're great cut into small bars (and also impressive cut into larger squares. One time I accidentally overbaked them and they were very brown instead of blonde, and crunchy instead of soft and chewy. People still loved them!
