  • Peel and thinly sliced the onions, cut the green pepper in small slices.
  • In a wok or skillet add a splash of sunflower oil, when the pan is nice and hot reduce the heat to medium, add and cook the onions, green pepper and the garlic crushed with.
  • Saute until the onions are golden, add the shrimps and curcuma. Cook for 10 minutes.
  • Remove from heat, add the lemon juice and the thinly sliced coriander.
