These marinated mozzarella balls are incredibly tasty with herbs, olive oil and simple spices - and the best part: they're easy to prepare, can be made in advance and last for days in the fridge. • 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes

Here's the step by step:

  1. Place the mozzarella balls in a jar. There should be plenty of room inside.
  2. Add the olive oil, salt, pepper, oregano, parsley, rosemary, pepper and chopped fresh basil.
  3. Mix together.
  4. Make sure all the balls are immersed in the olive oil, adding more if necessary, depending on the jar used.
  5. Close the jar and refrigerate for at least an hour.
  6. And that's it! Enjoy them as an appetizer or add them to a salad ;-)
