Observations
How do I keep marinated mozzarella balls fresh?
Marinated mozzarella balls should be stored in an airtight jar in the refrigerator, immersed in olive oil, and eaten within 2 to 3 days to guarantee freshness and flavor.
Why is it important to marinate mozzarella balls for at least an hour?
Marinating time allows the herbs and spices to infuse well into the mozzarella, enhancing the flavors and making every bite tastier.
Is it possible to vary the herbs and spices in this recipe without altering the taste?
Yes, you can adapt the herbs to suit your preferences, for example by replacing the rosemary with thyme or adjusting the amount of chilli pepper to modulate the spiciness.
What's the best way to use marinated mozzarella balls in a salad?
Add them just before serving to retain their texture and flavor, mixing them gently with fresh vegetables and a light vinaigrette. You can also use the olive oil from the jar at this point!

Absolutely, prepare them the day before so that the flavors are fully developed, which will save you time at your aperitif.
