Cook the tortellini in a large pot of boiling salted water for the time indicated on the package.
Drain the tortellini and transfer them to a bowl. Add halved cherry tomatoes, mini mozzarella, chopped red onion, and halved sundried tomatoes.
Finally, add 2 to 3 tablespoons of pesto sauce (green or red) and chop the fresh basil leaves.
Mix everything well.
Serve and add fresh basil leaves for decoration. Your tortellini salad is ready!
