Flaky twists with red pesto and mozzarella

An easy and quick recipe, perfect as an appetizer !

- Unroll the pastry sheet and spread some red pesto on top. Sprinkle some grated mozzarella on top and some thyme.
- Fold the puff pastry (cover the pesto part) and cut some stripes. Twist the stripes.
- Put the twists on a baking tray covered with a baking sheet and baste some egg yolks on top. Sprinkle some sesame seeds on top.
- Bake for 15 min at 350°F (180°C) and there you are !
