Ingredients

Number of serving: 3
3.5 onces sundried tomatoes (100 gr)

10 leaves basil (5 gr)

1 garlic clove

1 oz pecorino cheese (25 gr)

1 oz pine nuts (25 gr)

1/4 cup olive oil (5 cl)

Preparation

  • Step 1 - Red pesto
    Put the sundried tomatoes, the basil, the garlic clove, the pecorino, the pine nuts and the olive oil in a blender and blend until you have a homogeneous texture.
  • Step 2 - Red pesto
    If it's too compact, add some olive oil.
  • Step 3 - Red pesto
    Add it to your pasta and that's it !
