Preparation
Mix tomato purée, olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Add the crushed garlic clove (we'd almost forgotten it...) and stir to combine.
Pour the tomato sauce into the gratin dish.
Add gnocchi on top.
Tear off pieces of mozzarella and place in the dish. Add a few chopped fresh basil leaves.Mix well and top with Parmesan cheese.
Bake in a preheated oven at 390°F/200°C for 20 minutes.
And voilà, it's ready! Decorate the gratin with more Parmesan, basil leaves and enjoy!
