Spinach Filling

1/2 cup of frozen spinach, thawed and liquid squeezed out

1/4 cup of cream cheese

salt to taste

12 wonton wrappers

vegetable oil


  • Place 1 tablespoon of filling on wonton wrapper, moisten the edges of the wonton and place another wrapper on top, press firmly.
  • Or you can place 2 teaspoons of filling and fold the wrapper diagnolly.
  • Heat vegetable oil in deep fryer to 360 degrees, drop the wontons and cook until golden brown.
