When the summer season is in full swing, we delight in tasting juicy and fragrant tomatoes! Whether in a salad to bring freshness to our meal or stuffed, we love them! This is a simple and effective recipe that generally pleases the whole family. Flavour your stuffing with the ingredients of your choice, stuff your beautiful tomatoes, and bake!

Cut the tops off the tomatoes and scoop out the flesh inside. Keep the tops, and place the tomatoes in a baking dish.
Finely chop the onion, garlic clove, and parsley.
Add this mixture to the sausage meat, season with salt and pepper, and mix well.
Put a little raw rice at the bottom of each tomato to absorb excess moisture.
Fill each tomato with the seasoned sausage meat.
Place the tops on the meat and bake for 45 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
And there you have it, your stuffed tomatoes are ready!
Observations
Tomatoes: you can replace them with peppers, zucchini, etc...
