When the summer season is in full swing, we are delighted to taste very juicy and fragrant tomatoes! In salad to bring freshness to our meal, we also like stuffed food! A simple and effective recipe that generally pleases the whole family in addition;-) Flavour your stuffing with the ingredients of your choice, stuff your beautiful tomatoes and bake !

- Cut the tops of the tomatoes, and empty the flesh inside. Keep the hats, and place the tomatoes in a baking dish.
- Finely chop the onion with the garlic clove and parsley.
- Add this mixture to the sausage meat, salt, pepper, and mix well.
- Put a little raw rice at the bottom of each tomato, to absorb the excess moisture.
- Place the seasoned sausage meat in each tomato.
- Place hats on meat and bake for 45 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
- There you are, your stuffed tomatoes are ready!
