- 1 gratin dish

- Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut them into slices and put them in a gratin dish.
- Add the crushed garlic clove, salt, pepper and a drizzle of olive oil.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 390°F (200°C).
- Add the cod fish, some salt and pepper and drizzle some olive oil on top. Add lemon slices, laurel leaves and some fresh rosemary on top.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 390°F (200°C).
- There you are, your cod fish is ready !
Observations
You can steam the potatoes if you prefer.
