  • Step 1 - Stroganoff beef
    Slice thinly the rump steak. Mix the flour and the paprika, and dip each slice of meat in it.
  • Step 2 - Stroganoff beef
    Quickly sauté the meat in a pan with hot oil. Only 3 minutes, we don't want to cook it entirely.
  • Step 3 - Stroganoff beef
    Heat some oil in a pan, and sauté the chopped onion. Add the mushrooms previously sliced, and the crushed garlic clove. Cook until the mushrooms get soft.
  • Step 4 - Stroganoff beef
    Add the water, the stock cube, the Worcestershire sauce, the concentrated tomato, some salt and pepper. Mix well, and leave around 10 minutes on medium heat to simmer.
  • Step 5 - Stroganoff beef
    Finally, add the sour cream, the lemon juice, and the meat. Stir and bring to a boil.
  • Step 6 - Stroganoff beef
    Serve with rice or pasta.
