Slice thinly the rump steak. Mix the flour and the paprika, and dip each slice of meat in it.
Quickly sauté the meat in a pan with hot oil. Only 3 minutes, we don't want to cook it entirely.
Heat some oil in a pan, and sauté the chopped onion. Add the mushrooms previously sliced, and the crushed garlic clove. Cook until the mushrooms get soft.
Add the water, the stock cube, the Worcestershire sauce, the concentrated tomato, some salt and pepper. Mix well, and leave around 10 minutes on medium heat to simmer.
Finally, add the sour cream, the lemon juice, and the meat. Stir and bring to a boil.
Serve with rice or pasta.
