Zucchini soft cakes with Kiri cheese core

A soft cake which ally this great vegetable that is zucchini with a creamy cheese core. A healthy recipe, ready to be loved !

Ingredients

Number of serving: 6
10 ounces zucchinis

1 cup flour

2/3 cup parmesan


2.5 fl ounces milk

1 Tbsp oil

3 Kiri cheeses (can be replaced by Philadelphia)

Blender

Preparation

  • Step 1 - Zucchini soft cakes with Kiri cheese core
    In a bowl, mix together the flour,the parmesan, the eggs, the milk, the oil and the salt.
  • Step 2 - Zucchini soft cakes with Kiri cheese core
    Clean the zucchinis, then finely blend them, without peeling them.
  • Step 3 - Zucchini soft cakes with Kiri cheese core
    Add the zucchini mix to the batter.
  • Step 4 - Zucchini soft cakes with Kiri cheese core
    After greasing the moulds, fill them half way with the batter, then add half a Kiri cheese square, then cover with batter.
  • Step 5 - Zucchini soft cakes with Kiri cheese core
    Bake 25 minutes at 390°F (200°C). There you are, your zucchini soft cakes are ready !
