• 3 eggs
• 100 gr grated parmesan cheese
• 4 zucchini

Preparation

• Cut zucchini and cook in a pan with some oil for 10-15 minutes.
• Whisk eggs and parmisan, add zucchini and pour into a pan.
• Bake for 15 minutes at 180°C.
