Puff pastry cod with spinach and mozzarella

Unroll the pastry sheet. Spread the spinach in the center, forming an oval shape. Place the cod loin on top of the spinach.
Slice the mozzarella and place it on the fish. Cut 1 cm strips of pastry on each side of the fish.
Braid the pastry over the fish, alternating strips from each side.
Seal the edges by pressing them firmly. Use the excess pastry from one side to form a tail and attach it at one end. Brush the puff pastry with egg yolk.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
And there you have it, your puff pastry fish with spinach is ready!
