A funny shaped pie, filled with delicious cod fish, spinash and mozzarella.

  • Puff pastry cod fish - Preparation step 1Unroll the pastry sheet. Apply the spinash in the center, making a fish-like shape. Put the cod fish on top of it.
  • Puff pastry cod fish - Preparation step 2Slice the mozzarella, and put it on the fish. Cut strips of pastry on each side of the fish.
  • Puff pastry cod fish - Preparation step 3Braid the pastry on the fish, one side at a time.
  • Puff pastry cod fish - Preparation step 4Close the edges applying pressure on them. Use some pastry to form a tail and stick it at the end. Brush with the egg yolk.

I WILL MAKE THIS FISH WITH PASTRY, ITS ONLY COOKED ONCE SO THAT IS FINE..THE MOZZARELLA WOULD MAKE EXTRA SPECIAL...THANKS
