Puff pastry cod fish
A funny shaped pie, filled with delicious cod fish, spinash and mozzarella.

Preparation
- Unroll the pastry sheet. Apply the spinash in the center, making a fish-like shape. Put the cod fish on top of it.
- Slice the mozzarella, and put it on the fish. Cut strips of pastry on each side of the fish.
- Braid the pastry on the fish, one side at a time.
- Close the edges applying pressure on them. Use some pastry to form a tail and stick it at the end. Brush with the egg yolk.
- Bake 30 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
- There you are, your puff pastry fish is ready!
