In a bowl, mix the tomato sauce, cream, salt, and chopped basil.
Spread half of the sauce on one half of the panini. Reserve the rest for the other half.Place the smoked salmon slices on the bottom half of the panini.
Add the mozzarella slices on top, followed by the fresh dill.
Spread the remaining sauce on the other half of the panini and close the sandwich.
Cook in a panini press for about 5 minutes. Enjoy your panini!
