Made in Canada & Please Come to Canada
Hey all! Have you been enjoying a wonderful day? Mine?s been good! A tasty breakfast always helps things along. No meeting to help move the morning along today, but it ended up doing pretty well on its own. I tried another (new to me)bar before the gym today: This was awesome!! WOW! I didn?t see any banana listed in the ingredients, but it tasted like a chocolate banana treat to me! And I liked to see this on the packaging, too: BAM! I?ll be buying this gem again for sure. Thanks Jessica! I huffed through a nice fast paced incline walk at the gym today. My speed was 4mph and the incline was at 7%. Time: 45 minutes Avg Hr: 156 Max Hr: 174 Calories Torched: 437 Distance: 3 milesLunch came in 3 parts today. I started out with a strawberry Chobani topped with granola. About an hour later I ate some almonds; And another hour later came a great tasting apple. I wish I knew what type of apple this was because I really liked it. Usually the little sticker will say, but this one didn?t?of course! HA! The fam had taco pasta tonight so I pulled out a Kashi Harvest Bake that I bought at Wegman?s. I really wish Kashi would get a move on and start selling more products?.like this one?.in Canada! I love this meal!!! I would typically bulk this up with steamed vegetables, but I realized while digging into the freezer that we?re all out. After some humming and hawing I decided to toast an Ezekiel English muffin as a side ?filler?. Perfect!!! I just brewed a mug of coffee which will be my sweet end. It?s tiramisu flavoured and mixed with a little agave and USVAB makes it taste awesome. Anybody up to no good this weekend??? Bye for now!! related searches : Made
