Maybe I'll be saying that one day when they have National Blogger Awards, but for now it's only a chance to dream.



Yes, we all know that it is that time of the year again, Sunday marks the 83rd Academy Awards and I will be front and center...on the couch. What are we all looking for when we watch awards shows? The overall best, the swanky red carpets, what's she wearing? Who's he dating? Well, the biggest question on my mind is, what am I eating!



A lot of us (myself included) stay home and watch from the comfort of our couch, but some people throw award parties. If you are one of the later and need some new ideas for this weekends buzz, check these out, they are sure to please.









"Black Swan" Brownies

I am usually a big fan of fudge-like brownies, and although these are more cake-like, I wouldn't kick them out of my mouth. They are great and the built-in frosting really sets them off. I have not blogged these yet, but I will soon!



"Toy Story 3" Funcorn

You can't have an Oscar night without popcorn, and we don't want to have just plain old popcorn at this party! This caramel popcorn will be sure to please, and be prepared because they will all be asking for the recipe.
