Pinoy Cupcake: Kiko Matsing Cupcakes

I have seen a lot of the cookie monter cupcakes that been making rounds all over baking blogs. For the the last post on this series, I decided to "localize" the cookie monster cupcake design. How? By making Kiko Matsing cupcakes.
