At work today Andrea and I had lunch together.

On today's menu:

HOT DOGS
I've been craving hot dogs all week, especially when I saw that someone at work was having them for lunch when looking in the fridge in the tearoom. Today, craving satisfied!



STEAMBOAT
Tonight we gathered at Ling's place for an eagerly awaited steamboat night. We're cherishing these nights of gluttony before the weather warms up and it becomes too hot to sit around the hot bubbling pot of soup.

Before starting on dinner, we snacked on some chips that Kong brought from an Asian supermarket.

These were absolutely morish!!
I need to hunt some down next time I go shopping!




It's nearing the Moon Festival season so Mum and her friends have ordered a whole lot of Moon cakes.

I like the lotus paste ones.

I took one of the 'pig' Moon cakes to have with our cuppas tonight.
