We bring you a twist on classic popcorn. A sweeter way to enjoy your movie-sofa-popcorn moment. Once you try this caramel popcorn, you won't want to eat anything else! :D

For the popcorn:
In a non-stick pan, heat the oil. Then, add the corn kernels and cover the pan so the popcorn can pop.Depending on the heat of your stove, it will take more or less time to pop. About 5-7 minutes. Set aside.
For the caramel:
In a saucepan, put the butter and sugar and let it caramelize (golden color without burning).Then add the vanilla and salt, mix, and finally add the baking soda.
This will cause a chemical reaction in the caramel that will thicken it even more.
At this moment, pour it directly over the popcorn.
Mix well with the help of two spoons to distribute the caramel before it hardens.Place the popcorn on a tray lined with parchment paper to cool.
Separate them slightly, and you're done! Now you can enjoy them in front of a movie :D
Observations
You can store them for up to 1 week in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, but they probably won't last more than 1 day :D
