Whip the cream until stiff peaks form. Gradually add the condensed milk while continuing to beat to maintain the same texture.
Put aside some Oreos for decoration. Crush (or blend) the Oreos and fold them into the previous mixture. Chill for 1 hour.
Remove from the fridge. If your mousse is too liquid, whip it again to thicken. Using a piping bag, fill the small glasses with the mousse. Sprinkle with Oreo powder and place an Oreo on top.
