- Separate the filling from the cookies. Crush the cookies to make Oreo powder.
- Heat the cream in a saucepan and pour it over the chocolate. Mix to make a ganache. Add the cookie powder and 20 ml of milk, and mix.
- Spread the resulting mixture on plastic wrap.
- Add 30 ml of milk and the butter to the Oreo cream and mix well. Spread this mixture over the black dough. Roll it all up in the plastic wrap to form a log. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Sprinkle with Oreo powder and, why not, some grated coconut! It's ready!
