450 g double-stuffed Oreos
50 ml milk
50 g softened butter
70 ml cream
70 g dark chocolate
Grated coconut (optional)

Separate the filling from the cookies. Crush the cookies to make Oreo powder.
Heat the cream in a saucepan and pour it over the chocolate. Mix to make a ganache. Add the cookie powder and 20 ml of milk, and mix.
Spread the resulting mixture on plastic wrap.
Add 30 ml of milk and the butter to the Oreo filling and mix. Spread this mixture over the dark dough. Roll it all up in the plastic wrap to form a log. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
Sprinkle with Oreo powder and, why not, some grated coconut! It's ready!
