2 packages of Oreo cookies (28 cookies total)
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup milk

Preparation

Separate the cream from the cookies (optional: see observations below).
Blend or crush the cookies. Then add the baking powder and milk and mix.
Finally, add the Oreo cream, mix well, and pour the cake batter into a microwavable pan.
Microwave for 6 minutes at 750W.
And there you have it, your Oreo cake is ready! If you want to make this cake for a birthday, feel free to top it with ganache or whipped cream made with mascarpone. Stick whole Oreos on top for a guaranteed wow effect!

Observations

If you're using a blender: do not separate the cream from the cookies and blend them directly. If you want to crush them: separate the cookies from the cream and place the cookies in a ziplock bag, then hit them with a rolling pin.

Our pan is 20 x 20 cm. You can use a smaller one: your cake will be thicker.

You can make this cake for Halloween and add a berry sauce on top ;-)
