- Blend bananas into smooth paste.Sieve all purpose flour, wheat flour, sodium cabonate and sodium bi-carboate 2-3 times.
- In a large mixing bowl, take butter, powdered sugar, vanilla extract and beat well until it is fluffy and starts forming small peaks.
- Add blended banana, butter milk and continue beating the batter for 2minutes.
- Now add sieved flour and beat well adding enough milk to adjust the consistency of the batter.
- Add chopped walnuts.Pour this on a cake mould and bake.To check if the cake is baked enough, insert a tooth pick. When removed, it must come out clean.
- Cut and serve or do the icing as required.
