  • Preheat your oven to 370°F (190°C). Mash the bananas with a fork and set aside.
  • In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together (flour, baking powder, salt). In another bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until the mixture lightens. Add the milk and melted butter, then mix.
  • Combine the wet mixture with the dry mixture until you achieve a smooth texture. Add the mashed bananas and mix.
  • Chop the chocolate bar roughly to create chocolate chips. Incorporate them into the mixture.
  • Grease and flour a loaf pan, pour in the batter, and bake for 40 minutes.
