Chocolate cake in microwave in 5 minutes

Ingredients

• 3 eggs
• 75 g sugar (2/3 cup)
• 130 g dark chocolate (special for desserts) (4.6 oz)
• 100 g butter (1/2 cup)
• 50 g flour (1/2 cup)
• 6 g baking powder (1.5 tsp)
• 50 ml cream (1/4 cup)

Materials

• Microwave-safe mold (21 x 21 cm)

Preparation

• In a bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar together.
• Melt the chocolate and butter in the microwave for 45 seconds. Add to the previous mixture and stir.
  
• Incorporate the flour and baking powder and mix again. Finally, add the cream and mix.
• Pour the mixture into a greased microwave-safe mold. Microwave the cake for 5 minutes and 30 seconds at maximum power (800W).
  
• Remove, let it cool, and sprinkle powdered sugar to taste. And it's ready!

Observations

* You can make it with white chocolate or milk chocolate simply by changing the type of chocolate bar.
