Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Prepare the cake mix according to the directions on the box, adding in 1/2 cup malted milk powder.
Pour into a greased 9 x 13 pan and bake according to the box directions. Cool completely.
Add the 1/2 cup malted milk powder to the frosting cans and mix well.
Spread on the cake and top with chopped malted milk balls.
