Chocolate mayonnaise cake
Yes this cake has a secret ingredient in it ! It will give a smooth texture to it ! If you don't have eggs, use mayonnaise !

- Mix all dry ingredients : flour + sugar + baking powder + cocoa powder.
- Mix all wet ingredients : mayonnaise + coffee + vanilla extract.
- Mix together dry and wet ingredients in 3 times until you have a homogeneous texture.
- Add chocolate chips and mix again. Pour the batter in a greased mold and bake during 55 min at 350°F (180°C). Remove from oven and let it cool down completely.
- Ganache :
Put the cream 1 min 30 sec in microwave. Pour the hot cream on the chopped chocolate. Mix until you have a creamy ganache. - Pour the ganache on top of the cake and there you are !
Observations
* Be careful and use a mustard free mayonnaise to make this cake !
