Chocolate Butterscotch Confetti Cake

This just looks "Spring-y" doesn't it? Kind of Easter-y (but it's now past Easter so we're going with Spring-y) =o) When I saw this recipe I thought my kids would love it. They love marshmallows. Especially my daughter. She could eat a bowl full of marshmallows for dessert. Yuck. I mean, I love chocolate and marshmallows together but just marshmallows. Bleck.
She loved these particular marshmallows! She loved all the pretty colors. (She's funny that way!)
Ingredients:
(Changed a little bit from here.)
* 1 cup creamy peanut butter
* 1/2 cup butter
* 1 package butterscotch chips
* 1 package milk chocolate chips
* 1 package mini colored marshmallows
In a saucepan over low to medium heat, melt butter, peanut butter, chocolate chips and butterscotch chips stirring constantly.
Let the mix cool a little (about 15 minutes or so) and add the marshmallows. (If it's too hot the marshmallows will melt.)
Pour it into a greased and lined 9x9 pan and cool completely.
Cut into squares and there you have it!
I love how it looks cut!
Enjoy!
