Step 1: Beat butter and sugar till fluffy.
Step 2: Add eggs one at a time beating well each time.
Step 3: Add orange juice, mix well.
Step 4: Fold in the flour all at once.
Step 5: Preheat oven at 170 Degrees C.
Step 6: Pour batter in cupcake mould, bake for 10-12 minutes at 170 degrees C.
Step 7: For Icing:
Put both ingredients ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Spread icing on the cake and sprinkle some orange rind.
