GMS powder - all the 4 measuring spoons of measuring spoon set
CMC powder - a pinch, the size of moong dal
Corn flour - all the 4 measuring spoons of measuring spoon set
Sugar - 8 tablespoons
Milk Powder - 2 tablespoons

Preparation

Cook time20 min

Take milk in a thick bottom vessel and add all the above ingredients.
Stir with a balloon beater, till all the ingredients are well blended.
Keep on a high flame and continue stirring with a balloon batter.
After the first boil, reduce the flame and continue stirring for 5-7 minutes.
Remove from flame and keep stirring occasionally till cool.
Put the cool mixture in a plastic container. Cover and freeze till completely hard.

Very nice. thanks for the recipe. i was looking for it and specially for the content of gms and cmc powder. and i got it. i think now my ice cream will work. thanks
