Adirondack Food and Beverage News
Happy Monday! There is some great food and beverage related news happening in and around the Adirondacks that I thought would be fun to share.
First, for all the craft beer lovers out there, the Adirondack Pub and Brewery is reopening for the winter season! Yup, you can now get Bear Naked Ale straight from the home tap. They are opening Jan. 21, at 5 p.m. for the winter season, and Saturday and Sunday they'll be open at 12 p.m. If beer doesn't do it for you, this weeks wine of the week at the Adirondack Winery is Barbera - a solid wine with cherry, raspberry and blueberry notes that pairs perfectly with Italian dishes like risotto, Parmesan cheese and meat dishes like roasted duck. This wine is also their most expensive, so snatch up a bottle while it's 15 percent off! You can purchase it directly from the winery's online store. This weekend, the Adirondack Museum's Cabin Fever Sunday special event will feature Chef Stephen Topper and curator Hallie Bond for "Let's Eat! Adirondack Food Traditions and Inspirations" at the Copperfield Inn at North Creek, N.Y. beginning at 1:30 p.m. Jan. 23. Topper will be cooking up some local inspired Adirondack food. Sounds yummy! ![]() related searches : Adirondack Food
