  • Halloween flaky mummies - Preparation step 1Unroll the puff pastry. With a cookie cutter, cut 8 circles.
  • Halloween flaky mummies - Preparation step 2Put the circles on a baking tray with baking paper. Prick the circles with a fork. Put 1 tbsp tomato sauce on top, and let an empty border.
  • Halloween flaky mummies - Preparation step 3Sprinkle with grated cheese, salt and pepper. Apply some water on the borders of the circles.
  • Halloween flaky mummies - Preparation step 4Cut some stripes in the remain puff pastry. Put the stripes on top of the circles, and press the borders to stick the stripes. Prick the stripes with a fork.
  • Halloween flaky mummies - Preparation step 5Bake during 15 to 20 minutes at 180°C (350°F). Add 2 slices of black olives on top to make the eyes (or just one if you want a cyclop).
