- Mix flour, sesame oil and salt. Add the boiling watergradually while mixing. Add water if needed. Form a ball, cover and leave to rest for 30 minutes at room temperature.
- Separate the ball into 8 equal pieces. Roll out the dough pieces (don't forget to flour the work surface). Brush sesame oil over the surface.
- Add chopped green onion on the surface then roll everything to form a sausage. Roll up the sausage on itself.
- Roll it out as thinly and delicately as possible.
- Heat a little oil in a frying pan over medium heat then cook the pancakes for 2 minutes. Flip and cook for 2 more minutes.
- There you are, your scallion pancakes are ready !
