Ingredients:
4 pouches crunchy granola bars (from an 8.9 oz box)
1/4 cup chocolate syrup (or more if you are like me)
4 cups chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream

Preparation:
step 1
1. Put a paper baking cup liner in each muffin cup. Use the rolling pin or mallet to crush the granola bars in a 1 gallon freezer bag. Place about 1 T crushed granola bits in each muffin tin bottom.
step 2
2. Drizzle about 1/2 t chocolate over the granola. Spoon 1/3 cup ice-cream on top of the chocolate and granola. Use a spoon to press it in. Drizzle the rest of the syrup over each cup. Top with the remaining granola bits gently pressing them in using your fingers.

3. Put the muffin pan in the freezer. Freeze about 3 hours. Peel back paper to eat.

To Freeze: place in sturdy container and snack as desired.
