Ice Box Bakery Review

By Tammy's Two Cents (Visit website)

This time of year, the smell of fresh baked cookies can take me back to my childhood.  I can remember getting off the school bus and running up the hill for home.  As we opened the front door, the smell of homemade cookies would surround us..."Yay!  Mom made cookies!" as we grabbed a few and told our mom all about our day at school.  Not everyone will have memories exactly like that, but I do imagine we all have memories of enjoying freshly baked cookies.

We tried Ice Box Bakery cookie dough last week and it brought back those fresh baked cookie memories.   Chocolate chip, Sugar and Chewy Ginger Spice cookies all scented our house on different evenings.

Ice Box Bakery cookies are available in a variety of flavors:

Gluten Free Chocolate Chip
Chocolate Chip
Classic Sugar Cookies
Double Dutch Chocolate
Chewy Ginger Spice
Oatmeal Chocolate Chip
Tart Cherry Pie
Old-Time Peanut Butter

Someone got a hold of these before I took the picture...hmmm...

The Directions:

1) Heat oven to 350°

2) Slice dough along slice guideline, or for Classic Sugar and Ginger Spice flavors, you can also roll out the dough to ¼? thick and use cookie cutters to create your favorite shapes.

3) Place 2?-3? apart on an ungreased cookie sheet

4) Bake 8-12 minutes or until golden around the edges and puffed in center

5) Let Cool 1-2 minutes on a cookie sheet

6) Eat them all up!
